Open Source Software in the Vertical Market: an Open Niche?

Abstract: Much of the universe of open-source software is categorized; abundant open-source software is found for most categories. However, relatively few dual-licensed open-source software programs are found, and very little open-source software is found for vertical markets. Explanations are explored.
